Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GetFocusDash, including our website, web application, APIs, and related services (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt any part of the Service.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, unauthorized integrations, or excessive automated requests.
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity or impersonate another user.

3. Integrations & Third-Party Services

GetFocusDash connects to services like Monday.com, Jira, Google, GitHub, and Stripe. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their terms. We act only as a conduit and do not assume responsibility for third-party actions, data, or outages. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to access and share the data you import.

4. Plans, Trials & Billing

  • New accounts include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
  • Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.
  • Lifetime plans (when available) grant access to the current feature set and future updates for the life of the product; they are non-refundable once activated.
  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by law, or as stated in our Refund Policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; afterward, your account will downgrade to the free plan unless you renew.

5. Intellectual Property

GetFocusDash and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FocusDash Labs and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without written permission.

6. Feedback

If you share product suggestions or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it without restriction for product development and marketing.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if continued use poses a risk to other customers. We will attempt to provide notice when reasonable. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but sections that by nature should survive (fees, IP rights, disclaimers, liability limits) remain in effect.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FocusDash Labs is not liable for lost profits, data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. When changes are made, we will update the date at the top of this page and, when possible, notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
